Business Case
The client, a highly successful financial services unit of a leading manufacturer, offers a full range of services to product dealers and their customers. They wanted to expand the volume and range of their services, but in order to support financial operations in multiple locations and expand cash-related infrastructure for planned growth, improvements had to be made in their existing cash-related operations. The organization needed to develop documentation and operating procedures.
