Sandra Reese
The founding partner, Sandra Reese combines practical global perspectives with more than 20 years of experience in executing business improvement and financial strategy. Ms. Reese's value focused approach results in optimizing business performance across all disciplines, including the areas of process redesign, operational efficiency maximization, and overall cost reduction.

Ms. Reese is thoroughly grounded in leading edge approaches and applications to corporate strategies and financial management, especially those involving market entry, sourcing, and operations expansion in India and China. Under her direction and leadership, Reese Partners plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing cross-border business strategies between North American-based enterprises and companies based in India and China. Ms. Reese's extensive work-related travel, research, and experience throughout Asia has resulted in an integrated network of business, financial, and government relationships that provide and facilitate market opportunities for Reese Partners clients.

Professional Experience
• Develops financial strategic plans at both the corporate and departmental level of companies. Specific client case management responsibilities include all aspects of strategic planning, from opportunities assessment to business case development and analysis, strategic recommendations, and implementation.

• Leads a global network of highly skilled professionals to deliver industry-specific global solutions for companies and private equity firms establishing or expanding in China and India. Offers upfront services in evaluating new market entry synergies and economic potential including geographic location, partner identification and qualification, comprehensive operational set-up, and legal entity options.

• Provides leadership for underperforming and troubled companies. Supervises turnaround management, crisis management and restructuring. Architect for resolving issues with lenders and creditors, restructuring subordinated debt and other financings.

• Directs teams providing due diligence and other M&A support, performing financial analyses to assess the validity and reasonableness of future projected financial results, merger or acquisition synergies, and nature and extent of balance sheet risks.

Earlier Career
• Prior to co-founding the management and financial consulting firm in 1995, Ms. Reese served as CFO for Mediatech, Inc., at that time, the nation's largest duplicator and distributor of video and audio-based program materials.

• Ms. Reese began her career in Chicago at KPMG Peat Marwick where she served in progressive positions for nine years. In 1985, she helped launch the firm's Middle Market Practice, participating in several initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial programs.
